* c$100k+Benefits * Large scale environment * Small effective applications team This is a fantastic role for an experienced senior applications developer and team leader to gain formal management experience in a large corporate arena. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate high level of competency in the following areas: * Team leadership, recruitment and selection. * Financial management of budgets, CAPEX and projects. * Senior level relationship building and reporting. This is a crucial role in an environment with many applications-many of which are mission critical. You must have a strong understanding of Microsoft distributed technologies, have delivered application architecture framework and be able to coach staff from a technical point of view-so you can't be too far away from development tools etc. If you have any experience in the Print/Distribution industry that would be highly advantageous.
