New role with plenty of scope $65k + incentive bonus Excellent Benefits Playing the pivotal role in this company's transition from an outsourcing IT support model to an in-house function, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties across 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support. This is an exciting time of change for this large global organisation and you will have scope to really make this role your own and become involved in far more than just desktop support. Ideally you will have More than 3 years experience in a structured IT Support environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications. Exposure to Cisco routers, Oracle and VoIP. An understanding of ITIL principals. Attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver solid solutions.
