Jo has been recruiting since 1997 in the New Zealand and Australian markets. Specialising in Information Technology since 2000, Jo has a strong track record in successful delivery across all sector areas from development, infrastructure and consulting, through to project and senior management positions. Jo believes in applying thorough and ethical processes to every part of recruitment management and is focusing on building a team renowned for service excellence in the Auckland market place. Jo is an active member of ICT-NZ and is a current board member of ITCRA NZ.

Guy Thompson Guy Thompson MA, BSc - Director (Auckland based)

With a background in generalist HR, in 2005 Guy decided to utilise the 10 years recruitment experience he has gained from the UK, Australia and NZ markets to help build a dynamic, boutique agency with Jo Lee. With experience in Search and Selection, Executive Search and Leasing, Guy has recruited accounting and finance, human resources and IT professionals and is responsible for IT Job Search's strategy and operational effectiveness. Guy's qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business Studies and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. Guy is also an active member of ICT-NZ.

Stuart and Hillary have built long and successful business careers in the UK (where they reside) and overseas. They now invest in a diverse range of start up operations that they feel have the right blend of ingredients to succeed. Stuart is responsible for providing strategic business advise to IT Job Search as it grows and takes a keen interest in the day-to-day operations of the couple's only NZ based investment.
